Unigel To Build Industrial-Scale Green Hydrogen Production Site In Brazil:

Unigel has announced plans to build a green hydrogen plant in the northeastern state of Bahia, Brazil. The US$120 million plant is expected to begin operations in 2023. In the first phase of the project, Unigel will install three 20 MW standard electrolyzers from Thyssenkrupp Nucera. The new plant will have an initial production capacity of 10,000 tons/year of green hydrogen and 60,000 tons/year of green ammonia.
